Chat in the app or call the candidate's mobile app. Personal contact details unlock only when the rules allow.
Activeness checks
Why the candidate list stays honest
Candidates are asked to reconfirm that they are still looking. Active profiles are searchable. Profiles that are not reconfirmed are paused, and accounts can be suspended, so the people you see are the people who answered.
Statuses use a label and an icon, never color alone: Active, Awaiting reconfirmation, Suspended.
Contact
Direct, but protected
Voice calls go through SeriousHire to the candidate's mobile app. Candidates' personal email and phone numbers are hidden by default. Paid-plan organizations can unlock them when the gating rules allow, and those checks run on the server for every request.
