Using SeriousHire

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Candidates should mark themselves active only when they are genuinely looking for a job.

Candidates

Profiles that are not reconfirmed may be paused, and accounts may be suspended for misuse.

Organizations

Organizations may use candidate data only to evaluate and contact candidates for genuine roles. Paid plans and gating rules determine which features are available. Billing is processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping, resale or bulk export of candidate data.
  • No harassment, discrimination or misleading job postings.
