About the role

About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire stack. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features, from database design and REST APIs to responsive user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js on the front end and Node.js on the back end Build and consume RESTful APIs (and GraphQL where applicable) with clean, well-documented endpoints Design efficient MongoDB schemas, write optimized queries, and manage indexing and aggregation pipelines Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, accessible, high-performance interfaces Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, role-based access control) Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring Follow secure coding practices and help protect application and user data

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) Experience with caching and messaging tools such as Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ Exposure to microservices architecture Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP Top 10) Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
